Mario Luciano Vol. 3 is a vintage analog sample pack featuring 10 original compositions with STEMS option included, heavily exploring the late 70s era of Jazz Fusion, Psych, and Soul, making it the perfect sample pack for producers looking to capture the authentic feel and movement of real late 70s compositions. Each sample has multiple sections including background and adlib vocal runs, flute riffs, horn sections, unquantized chords, guitars, and Rhodes sprinkles of unique phrases, giving producers real compositions to chop and manipulate.
Each sample has multiple sections including background and adlib vocal runs, flute riffs, horn sections, unquantized chords, guitars, and Rhodes sprinkles of unique phrases, giving producers real compositions to chop and manipulate. Everything was recorded and processed with 100% analog tube equipment, vintage synthesizers such as the Memory Moog, Rhodes Chroma, and Arp Solina, along with ribbon mics, amps, and outboard FX including the RE-201 Space Echo, Univox Delay, Russian distortion boxes, Mu-Tron, MXR Chorus and Phaser, and ADA Flanger pedals. Everything was run directly to an AMPEX 440B 1/4 tape machine for maximum warmth and texture.
These samples will add authentic late 70s warmth and texture to your beats that cannot be emulated through digital plugins.
No clearance required if you're not monetizing your release (hobbyist uploading to SoundCloud, YouTube, etc.)
If you plan to release INDEPENDENTLY or upload the beat/song to all DSPs, youtube, Soundcloud or any other form of streaming you will still need to clear the sample(s) CONTACT: Polyphonicmusiclibrary@gmail.com if this is the case.
If you place a record on a MAJOR LABEL using the sample(s), you will split the publishing with Mario Luciano fairly & Co-Production credit + fair split on up-front producer fee (where applicable)
A lot has and will continuously change in the music industry with how people release and monetize off music. We are no longer in just the “Major Label” era. Artists on all levels are releasing full albums, instrumental albums, Tv & Sync etc which makes it difficult to set one standard agreement across the board. Placements can widely vary from the size of an artist, budget of the release and whether it’s an indie (small or larger) or a major label distribution. We always strive to be as fair as possible and make it an easy and affordable process for anyone to use our compositions. Since everything is case by case, reach out to us at polyphonicmusiclibrary@gmail.com when you’re ready to release your next project and well make sure to getting everything smoothly.
