Since 2011, every sample, drum break, loop, and one-shot in our library has been created by real musicians, sound designers, producers, and drummers using real instruments and real gear. We do not sell AI-generated samples, period.

The Drum Broker was built on a network of real producers and leaders in hip hop from the underground up. Every sound in our catalog comes from human hands, and it's been that way since day one.

As generative AI floods the sample market with synthetic content, we believe the distinction matters. The producers on our roster, from Beat Butcha to Polyphonic Music Library to The Alchemist, bring decades of craft, taste, and reputation to every sound they create. That's not something a model can replicate, and it's not something we're willing to dilute.
