This license permits you to modify, reproduce, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, sub-license, and otherwise use the loops as incorporated in your recording, including for commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
Usage:
● You may not use or sub-license the loops in isolation as sound effects, loops, or as source material for any other form of sample (even if you modify the sample).
● You may not redistribute loops in new sample packs.
● You may not sub-license, sell, loan, share, lend, broadcast, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or
transfer any loop to a third part except as incorporated into a recording.
● You may not use the name, image, or likeness of the producers associated with the loops in
any way without written permission by the producers.
Major and Indie releases:
After purchasing this pack, you have a Royalty Free license for using these samples for all the indie and major releases that don't exceed 1.000.000 Streams. If it does, please contact me directly on my email.
