By downloading, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual right to use the loops in combination with other sounds in music productions to create new recordings which shall be considered "derivative works" as that term is used in the United States Copyright Act. This license permits you to modify, reproduce, publicly perform, distribute, transmit, sub-license, and otherwise use the loops as incorporated in your recording, including for commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:
Usage:
● You may not use or sub-license the loops in isolation as sound effects, loops, or as source material for any other form of sample (even if you modify the sample).
● You may not redistribute loops in new sample packs.
● You may not sub-license, sell, loan, share, lend, broadcast, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or
transfer any loop to a third part except as incorporated into a recording.
● You may not use the name, image, or likeness of the producers associated with the loops in
any way without written permission by the producers.
Major and Indie releases:
After purchasing this pack, you have a Royalty Free license for using these samples for all the indie and major releases that don't exceed 1.000.000 Streams. If it does, please contact me directly on my email.
