Introducing "Syncopations Vol. 2"—the latest installment in the series from Polyphonic Music Library showcasing the drummers they collaborate with.
"Syncopations Vol. 2" continues the tradition with 30 meticulously crafted drum breaks and over 150 one-shots including kicks, snares, hi-hats, ride and cymbal loops, and percussion sounds. This collection is designed specifically for sample makers seeking to add just the right amount of rhythm and percussion texture—from soft kicks to inconsistent ride and cymbal loops that provide organic movement without overwhelming compositions. The hard-hitting analog-recorded drum breaks span multiple genres, with several extending over 2 minutes and featuring various sections and fills, offering endless flexibility for producers to select the perfect parts for their projects. Every drum break and one-shot was meticulously recorded on a 1960s Rogers drum kit using multiple vintage microphones, processed through a 1969 Electrodyne console and EMT 140 Plate reverb, then printed directly to a 4-track Scully tape machine with absolutely no digital effects or processing. Perfect for producers seeking authentic late '60s and early '70s drum breaks reminiscent of classic Soul, Gospel, and Jazz vinyl records, "Syncopations Vol. 2" delivers vibrant, professionally-crafted rhythmic elements that feel as if a live drummer was in the room, ready to be dragged and dropped into productions to elevate tracks with minimal effort.
